Fulfillment Policy
REFUND POLICY
The nature of the services we provide often requires us to do work that cannot be undone once the time has been spent to complete it. As such, we do not offer refunds for any services.
DELIVERY POLICY
All services are started on the start date agreed to in your specific Master Services Agreement (MSA). Services will be provided throughout the duration of the MSA on the schedule mutually agreed to in any Statements of Work.
RETURN POLICY
As we do not sell physical goods, we do not have any return policy.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Customer may terminate Master Services Agreements in accordance with the terms agreed to in their individual MSA, If services are terminated prior to delivery, payment will not be expected and any open invoices will be cancelled.
